I. Shipping Coverage
1. United States
Supported shipping areas:
The continental United States (48 states)
Unsupported areas:
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. overseas territories
If shipment to the above regions is required, please contact customer support in advance for confirmation.
2. Other Countries or Regions
International orders are not supported for direct checkout and shipment.
Please contact customer support before purchase for confirmation.
Customer support will provide an appropriate solution based on the destination country, product type, and shipping conditions.
II. Order Processing Time
l In-stock products: Shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is completed
l Out-of-stock or customized products: Processing time will be subject to confirmation by customer support
Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not included in processing time.
III. Shipping Methods and Transit Time (Reference Only)
l Express shipping (UPS / FedEx / USPS or equivalent carriers): 3–7 business days
l Freight shipping (LTL / FTL): 5–10 business days or longer
Actual delivery time is subject to the carrier’s operations.
IV. Shipping Fees and Taxes
l Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout or quoted separately by customer support
l Large or overweight products may require separate shipping cost calculations
l U.S. orders may be subject to sales tax, which will be automatically calculated by the system
V. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
After shipment, a shipping confirmation email will be sent, including tracking information.
VI. Delivery Inspection
Please inspect the outer packaging and product condition upon delivery.
If any damage or abnormality is found, please contact customer support within 48 hours of receipt.
VII. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Additional costs caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery, refusal, or absence at the time of delivery shall be borne by the customer.
If an address change is required, please contact customer support before shipment.
VIII. Force Majeure
The store shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions, or carrier-related issues.
