Accessory System

Configure the machine for the job.

Use G1 for longer layouts, G3 Mini or G5 for cylindrical workpieces, and add H2 external filtration when the production environment requires it.

Core machine
XT LASER dual-laser portable engraving machine

One engraver. Four purpose-built accessories.

Extend positioning, add controlled rotation, or connect external filtration without changing the core engraver.

G1 adds positioning travel for longer workpieces and multi-item layouts; it does not change the machine's single 106 × 106 mm marking field. H2 is an optional external filtration accessory, separate from the machine's built-in smoke-extraction structure.

Before You Order

Clear answers before you choose.

Check material fit, workflow, accessories, shipping, and support before selecting your configuration.

01 What materials can the two laser sources process?

The 2W 1064 nm infrared laser is intended for metals, coated surfaces, and compatible plastics. The 10W 455 nm blue-diode laser is intended for wood, leather, paper, cardboard, dark acrylic, and other compatible non-metal materials. Test unfamiliar materials before production.

02 What is the difference between the infrared and blue lasers?

Use the 2W infrared source for fine marking on metals and compatible plastics. Use the 10W blue-diode source for engraving compatible non-metals and supported cutting work. Select the source around the material and required result.

03 What is the maximum working area?

The maximum working area for one job is 106 × 106 mm. The G1 Extension adds repositioning travel for longer workpieces and arranged layouts; it does not enlarge the machine's single marking field.

04 What is the maximum working speed?

The maximum stated working speed is 5,000 mm/s. Actual production speed depends on the material, artwork, laser source, power, focus, and required finish.

05 Does the machine support automatic focusing?

Yes. Automatic focusing helps set the working position for compatible jobs and workpiece heights.

06 Which devices and connections are supported?

The machine supports USB, Wi-Fi, and IP connections with computer and mobile workflows. Supported platforms include iOS, macOS, Windows, and Android. Confirm software and device compatibility before production.

07 Can it engrave without a continuous network connection?

Yes. Offline engraving is supported for compatible jobs after the required artwork and settings have been prepared.

08 How does smoke extraction work?

The machine has an internal built-in smoke-extraction structure. It is not an external air purifier. H2 is a separate optional external filtration accessory for additional smoke and particulate filtration.

09 How do I choose between G3 Mini, G5 Rotary, G1, and H2?

Choose G3 Mini for compatible straight cylindrical workpieces, G5 Rotary for compatible round or curved workpieces that need controlled grip, and G1 Extension for longer workpieces or arranged multi-item layouts. Add H2 only when the production environment requires external filtration.

10 What warranty and U.S. shipping support are available?

The current product listing includes a 2-year warranty and technical support. In-stock units ship from the XT LASER U.S. warehouse, and Texas warehouse pickup may be available. Stock, pickup readiness, carrier service, and delivery time must be confirmed for the selected order.
