Except for accessories and special products, products that can be fulfilled from local warehouses generally qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping availability, freight cost, warehouse origin, and delivery time may vary depending on product type, inventory location, destination, customs requirements, and carrier arrangements. XT LASER supports shipping to confirmed destinations through our official sales channels and store checkout. Shipping availability may vary by product type, product size, inventory location, and destination.
For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, remote regions, or destinations outside the standard supported shipping area, please contact XT LASER support before placing an order. These shipments may require separate freight confirmation, additional shipping charges, and longer delivery times.
For international orders, shipping method, delivery time, customs requirements, and total freight cost will be confirmed case by case before shipment.
2. Shipping Origin
Most XT LASER products are fulfilled from local warehouses for supported destinations. Orders within the continental United States are normally fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse, and orders within South Korea are normally fulfilled from our Korea warehouse.
Except for accessories and special products, products shipped from a local warehouse generally follow the normal local delivery timeline and qualify for free standard shipping. 3. Order Processing Time
After payment is received, XT LASER will generally arrange shipment within 7 business days.
For products available in a local warehouse, shipment is usually arranged according to the normal local fulfillment schedule. For accessories, special products, customized products, oversized items, or products shipped from Mainland China, processing time may vary and will be confirmed by our support team.
Business days do not include weekends, public holidays, or other non-working days observed by the relevant warehouse or shipping location.
4. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on product size, shipping origin, destination, carrier availability, and customs processing where applicable. For accurate delivery estimates, please contact support before placing an order.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, local delivery conditions, product size, warehouse scheduling, or other logistics factors. 5. Shipping Fees
Except for accessories and special products, eligible products fulfilled from local warehouses generally qualify for free standard shipping to supported local destinations.
Additional shipping fees may apply for accessories, special products, oversized products, remote areas, international destinations, or products shipped from Mainland China.
If separate freight calculation is required, XT LASER support will help confirm the available shipping method, estimated delivery time, and applicable freight cost before shipment.
6. Taxes, Duties, and Customs
For international or cross-border shipments, the recipient / buyer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local taxes, customs inspection fees, and other government-related charges.
XT LASER does not prepay, advance, or reimburse import duties or customs-related charges unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Customs documents will be prepared based on the order information. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the destination country allows import of the purchased product and that all required customs information is accurate.
7. Shipping Information Accuracy
To help ensure accurate delivery, please provide complete and correct shipping information when placing the order.
Address changes should be confirmed with XT LASER support before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, address changes may not be accepted by the carrier.
If delivery failure, return shipment, customs delay, additional freight cost, or product loss is caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information, the related cost and risk may be borne by the customer.
8. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
After the order has been shipped, XT LASER will provide shipment information or a tracking number where available.
Tracking updates depend on the carrier and shipping method. For freight, oversized, or international shipments, tracking may update less frequently than standard parcel delivery.
9. Delivery Inspection
Please inspect the package and product condition upon delivery. If there is visible damage, missing items, abnormal packaging, or suspected shipping damage, please contact XT LASER support as soon as possible.
Prompt reporting helps our team assist with carrier claims, service support, or follow-up handling more efficiently.
10. Delivery Failure, Refused Delivery, or Incorrect Address
Any additional cost caused by incorrect address, failed delivery, refused delivery, unreachable recipient, customs rejection, unpaid duties, or failure to provide required import information may be borne by the customer.
XT LASER will provide reasonable support where possible, but we are not responsible for additional logistics costs caused by incorrect customer information or failure to cooperate with carrier or customs requirements.
11. Risk During Transportation
For cross-border or carrier-managed shipments, loss, damage, delay, customs inspection, or delivery disruption may be subject to carrier rules and local logistics conditions.
XT LASER will assist customers with reasonable shipping support and documentation where applicable, but shipping delays or carrier-related issues may require coordination with the carrier or customs authority.
12. Force Majeure
XT LASER shall not be liable for shipping delays, delivery failure, additional cost, or service interruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Policy Updates
XT LASER reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time to the extent permitted by applicable law. The latest version published on our website shall apply to future orders.
